We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@magerit.es. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The 14-day period starts from the delivery of the last item in your order, and is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For EU orders, we will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost you paid at checkout.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@magerit.es.
Shipping returns
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Warranty
All Magerit modules are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, improper connections, modifications, excessive voltage, or exposure to liquids, moisture, or extreme temperatures. Batteries are not covered by this warranty, nor is any damage caused by battery use or misuse. The warranty provides repair or replacement at Magerit's discretion. Please contact support@magerit.es for a return authorization before sending any module. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
